Question
OK, I'm going to try again with a different formulation. For decades Dr. Rosemond has been advocating tickets/blocks with isolation in a comparatively stripped down room as the end state for x number of infractions in a day or a week depending. What is the best practice for dealing with multiple children who share a room when two or more of them "strike out?" I don't want to hear about how it's "difficult to suggest specific consequences since you don't know my children." Dr. Rosemond has been suggesting variations on the theme of this specific consequence for decades. This has to have come up before now, though searching through all the books, columns, and answers here I frankly can't find the topic. Seriously, I apologize for the frustrated tone, but someone ask the man himself. What is the best practice for adjusting the consistently recommended consequence in this specific and I can't help but think, quite common circumstance?
