Question
13 YO SS is at my house 50% of time, at his mother's 50%. At our house, there are rules and consequences. At his mother's there are none. Currently my step son has failing grades. Instead of our consequences affecting his desire to get better grades, they just make him hate us, and want to live with his mother consequence free. She is more than happy to have him there. What to do to make him care, (and her too)?
