Question
We have generally well behaved children 5 yr old boy in kindergarten and a 4 yr old girl in preschool. However when it comes to bedtime, they sleep in the same room and are terrors most nights. They get out of bed, change clothes numerous times (mostly my daughter), they rearrange mattresses for a jumping obstacle course, and generally just wind themselves up with or without books available to read. Sometimes they may just have too much energy, but most of the time they are exhausted but just feeding off of each other. How would the ticket system apply here? Would we delay the punishment until the next day?
