Question
My 4 year old attends a daycare where a 2 hour nap is required. I've checked around and am told this is a state requirement for licensed daycares. I never had difficulty with him about going to bed until this year. He simply is not tired before 9:30pm due to being forced to take this long nap. Now bedtime is a battle and he lies in his bed for hours. The next morning trying to wake him is a disaster. I thought about trying to hire a nanny, but I'm a teacher and I'm not sure I could really afford it. Dad's in Iraq so it's just me and my 6yo daughter and my son. Any suggestions? This mom is TIRED!!!!!
