Question
I keep noticing my daughter( 4 1/2 year old) is always saying the opposite on everything! If I say - lets all go to the park! ( and she loves to go to the park) everyone gets excited and then she says - I don't want to go...the park isn't fun. When she is with her friends - and someone says something fun, they all get excited but then Avery will say the opposite. I brought cookies for the carpool group and everyone was excited and said thank you, and Avery said - no thanks...I don't like cookies and then waits a few minutes and says - well, maybe I should try one ( even though she has had them many times and loves them....I see this happening a lot - how do I go about correcting this?
