Upping the Ante Not Working with Misbehaving 5YO

Question

We have a 5 year old who continues to disobey. We tell her “go upstairs it’s time to brush your teeth.” Or “It’s time to clean up your legos.” And she’ll say, “No!” If we up the ante and say, “Ok go to your room.” She screams “Noooooo!!!!” And refuses to go. The only way to get her to go to her room in these scenarios is to pick her up and carry her into her room. At which point she will kick at the door and scream once in her room. We’ve already taken away all her toys from her room, and she’s lost privileges to use her bike for a month. We’ve also put her to bed early, right after dinner, without story time or anything (and still no toys in her room). We’ve also had her copy a sentence down an entire sheet of paper that says, “I will obey Daddy and Mommy.” We’re at a loss what more we can do to “up the ante” with punishments to get her to understand that disobedience is unacceptable. Thanks for your help.
