Question
Was your biological dad present with visitation and such during the 7 years your mom was a single parent? My reason for asking is because I have a parent-centered family style with my 3 year old son completely, but his father, who has him 3 nights a week and is very involved in his life, has the complete opposite with a child-centered family style. EVERYTHING revolves around our son when he's with his dad. Do you have experience, personally or in counseling, with situations like mine and if so, do you have any advice and/or encouragement on how to best go about raising my son in this situation?
