Co-bedding with grandparents.

Question

My parents are coming in one week.
They didn’t see their grandchildren quite long time. And their visit will continue couple weeks.
During their visit my son(6 years old) would stay in his grandfather’s bedroom. And my daughter, 3 years old would stay with her grandmother in other bedroom. That was last year during their visit.
My son doesn’t have issues to sleep by himself afterwords, but with my daughter- we just recently start to work with her to sleep by herself In her bedroom and thankfully “patentguru recommendations”, we hardly almost got to the point that she is sleeping by herself( and I mean not only after visiting my parents but at all, she wouldn’t sleep by herself).
So now- my mother is saying that my daughter will cry if she will see her brother is not by himself so why she can’t stay with her grandmother.
I afraid after they leave the issue with my daughter’seeping will start again. After one and half week of battles she hardly start to stay in her bedroom.
Appreciate your recommendations!
Thank you!
