14 year old outburst

Question

Our 14-year old son (who has been given an ADHD/PDD-NOS diagnosis) just had a violent outburst because he forgot to make his bed this morning which meant he couldn't have his 20 minutes of electronics today. He was screaming obscenities, slamming doors, and hitting walls. Surprisingly, all that was broken was a nightlight in his room. He is clearly addicted to electronics. He had no electronics (except TV at his grandparents') six out of nine weeks this summer. We've had him on the strikes plan for a few weeks and he seemed to be doing well until he started getting edgy a few days ago, short-tempered and whatnot. Now this outburst today. What is the best way to proceed at this point?
