4 Year Old Eating Problems

Question

My daughter will be 4 in a week and does not want to try new food or eat vegetables at all. It is my fault as I haven't been feeding her the best food up to this point as we're always on the go, however I'm trying to make the changes necessary now.

I tried the teaspoon method and have been doing it for a week. She ate between 1 and 3 teaspoons per meal the first 3 days. The 3rd day she was very lethargic, was sleeping most of the day after sleeping all night, and then woke up dry heaving with nothing in her stomach. I immediately went to the teaspoon method for breakfast and she wouldn't eat anything, including the foods she likes. She drank a bit of milk and water and immediately threw it up. She finally ate the rest of the food on her plate after vomiting, so I gave her another portion of the food she wanted and she was fine the rest of the day. She went right back to eating very little for 3 days and again is very lethargic and I'm assuming will be vomiting by tomorrow morning. I know there is going to be a lot of whining and crying and there certainly is, but the rest doesn't seem normal. I'm afraid to give her much to drink so that she doesn't throw up, but that seems dangerous so I've fed her something she will eat tonight so that she doesn't get sick again and because this behavior is not typical of her at all. We have also just moved out of state about 3 weeks ago so she's had a lot of change lately. If this is typical, I will start over, but I want to make sure, because she's obviously very stubborn. Thank you.
