Question
My nine year old son has been homeschooled every year except the last. Last year at the public school his behavior got out of control and the school psychologist diagnosed him with depression. As soon as he found out he was being homeschooled again, all the depression was gone. (He's very happy) Now, I can't get him to do any schoolwork. He has had all his toys taken away (his room is bare) and has been grounded from all TV and video games. Every night that he does not have his schoolwork done by the designated time he is sent to bed early. He seems to have accepted all of these things as things he can't change and has no problem with living his life this way and not doing any work.
