Question
This question might be a little crazy, but I searched your archives & found nothing, so... My husband is not a great reader - reads very slowly & tends to have trouble with new or big words. He was raised in American public schools, and after reading several of your q&a's on the Prussian method, etc., I wonder if he might benefit from a Hooked on Phonics or similar program? Is it "too late" for him to become a better reader? We have 26 Mo & 7 Mo old boys who we both read to and I want them to have great reading skills! I would appreciate your opinion even if it's just speculation. Thanks in advance!
