Question
Our 4 YO grandson rotates 4 days with us, then 4 days with his mom. He says he misses his mom and he has no complaints of his treatment when he is with her. However, recently, he cries vehemently when its time to leave us and doesn't want to go to mommy's.
Some background: This rotation has been in place for 1 1/2 years and he's never really had problems with it until the last month. His mother has a history of moving from man to man. When she split with our son, she moved in with another man within 3 months. Recently, our grandson says he doesn't see that man much anymore, but has been mentioning new names. Should we be concerned?
