Question
My daughter, 3yr 2mo, has begun disobeying me. In the past I've used strategic opportunities from Making the Terrible Twos Terrific with good results--she fairly reliably followed directions. But lately she's been acting with clearly calculated defiance--for example, she took out a roll of paper and when I told her "Put that back" she looked at me and unrolled it across the floor. I send her to her room or a chair for the usual minor naughties, but I think this needs (even get the sense that she's asking for!) a stronger response. What can I do?
