Question
How should we handle a 23 months old that has been hitting us or attempting to hit, for a few months now, when angry or not permitted to do what she wants? Such as not being diaper changed or not allowed to stand on a rocking chair.. Sometimes she gets angry, other times just looks at you defiantly, as if saying, make me get down. When taken down, she will hit or kick and try to climb right back up.
