Question
My two and a half year old does well with listening when I use alpha speech and she is looking at me. I usually tell her, "Look at mommy" before I tell her what to do because I have found that if she's not looking at me, she will disobey. Lately though, when I say "Look at mommy" she refuses to look, because if she knows if she looks, she won't be able to refuse obedience. How do I get her to look at me the first time? Do I even need the "Look at mommy" part?
