Question
My two and half year old daughter does really well at home. She has really good concentration and works and plays well at home. When she has a tantrum on an occasion, I can contain her because we have a special area for tantrums as John has indicated in his book "Making the Terrible Two's Terrific." I am a stay at home mom and a former Montessori preschool teacher. She is a challenge because she kicks, screams and pinches when she doesn't want to leave an outing. The last month has been the worse. Management has been tricky. I take her home immediately putting her in the tantrum area. Any suggestions?
