Question
My grandson is almost 5 and his parents are going through a divorce, separating 7 months ago. The parents are not handling it well. He is living with his father at my house. According to his mother, he had bad tantrums all the time at home but I didn't see any until the last month or so, the last one coming last night that took quite a while to end. After he calmed down he was laughing when we were talking to him about his tantrum, quickly moving from one activity to the next and refusing to go to bed. I finally got him down around 11pm and he got up at 7 this morning. All this is unusual for him. How should we handle this?
