14 yo Custody Issues

Question

Situation is divorce with 14 year old girl who is in mother's custody, has moved with Mom, new school, involved in lots of activities, wants social life. But Dad lives in another town and insists on his visitation regardless of what is on the calendar for the daughter. On her visitation she basically follows him around and is miserable the whole weekend, which doesn't seem very amenable for a good relationship with the Dad. Are there some good guidelines in this situation to help Dad understand he might come out better being a little more flexible and allowing this daughter to have more of a normal teen life, giving a little on the visitation. He is pretty centered on himself, acting a victim is she doesn't come.
