Grandpa wants hyperactivity treated

Question

Took 28 mo daughter to physician yesterday for routine physical required by insurance. My dad today asked what the dr. said to do about her "hyperactivity". While I have occasionally looked at other children sitting passively in a stroller with envy, I had never thought of her energy level as a problem. She is a super-energetic child, and is proving to be one of those "strong-willed" ones. Thanks to common sense and your guidance she is totally potty trained, says please and thank you and excuse me and contributes to the family by cleaning up and usually doing what i ask. We purposefully do not stress academics but she can count, do ABC's and colors, etc. However, dad has spent 28 months being best friend grandpa, so she loves him but doesn't necessarily mind him.
