College education (with followup question)

Question

My 19 year old daughter has a hard time understanding the importance of a college education. She has completed one semester and just wants out to work at a local restaurant. She does have a very nice boyfriend who is not really focused at this age either. She has pretty much closed her mind to our advise and really would prefer to work hard, which she does during her breaks, and just spend time with her boyfriend. Since she won't listen to reason, what can we do as parents to help her understand the consequences of this decision?

I just sent in a question concerning my 19 year old, and my husband wanted me to let you know that if she does leave college, she will pay room and board, health insurance and have to repay the tuition for the year she 'went because we forced her to". Anything else we should do?
