Question
I have 3 kids- 4, 3, 10 months. The current struggle we are having is with our just turned 3 year old son. Come to think of it, this has been an issue since he could speak. Our son will ask a question, receive an answer, and then ask the exact same question over and over again (even if he got the answer he WANTED the first time).
For example:
S: “mom, will you come play in the basement with me?”
M: “yes, once I’m done feeding the baby”
S: “mom will you come play in the basement with me?”
M: “yes. Give me just a couple minutes”
S: “mom will you……”
Round and round we go.
The incessant, unrelenting questioning is absolutely exhausting our entire family- even older sister is getting annoyed. Suggestions?
