Burned out mom needs respite.

My daughter will turn 3 in a week. I also have a 5 year old son and a 6 month old baby. My daughter is typically a compliant, well mannered girl and is complimented by caregivers. However, she has recently begun whining and begging for my attention, which is making me dread our time together. Most notably, when I am holding the baby, regardless of the situation, she will sob and protest and beg to be held, picked up, etc to the point where I get angry because she will not stop. I march her to her tantrum place, but I am not always consistent because I feel guilty that I'm unable to give both children attention. Pushing a child off when they're sobbing "Mommy, please hold me" is gut wrenching, but I'm burning out. Help!
