Navigating the grieving process.

My spouse recently died at home under hospice care. He had been ill for 5 years. Our grandchildren live close and have been partially living with us since they were born. We all are devastated. I have lost my focus and have trouble concentrating and the oldest grandchild is right there with me. Her schoolwork suffered when she returned to school after the funeral. Her grandfather was her father figure as she sees her own father sporadically. Her father has developed a life threatening illness very recently. Her mother, our daughter, is not able to motivate her and we would like suggestions on how to help the 13 year old cope with all of this. Thank you.
