Teenager challenging authority...

Question

My 14 years old son is not happy about losing his privileges following being arrogant with us and getting bad behaviors reports from school. He decided to stop eating, didn’t want to go to bed last night and this morning, he’s just not going to school. At that age, we won’t physically force him to go. I already took everything from his room as an immediate consequence and starting from now on, he will have no friends over, no access to electronic tools and media, early bedtime, etc. He has his last day of school tomorrow and then party tomorrow night, but I don’t think the party is still on his privilege list! Well, he might ‘’decide’’ to not go to his last day of school tomorrow. We’re staying calm and I am working from home in the meantime (parents will need to go out at the same time at some point!), but do you have any suggestions?
