Question
We have a 5 year old daughter, 4 year old son, 2 year old son and a 7 month old baby girl. To say our 2 year old is a handful would be an understatement. We are concerned by how relentlessly he picks on his older siblings by pulling hair, destroying things they are building with blocks or legos, or hitting them. We used to remove him from the situation when he would act out by putting him in a pack and play until he got in control of himself again, but he can now climb out of the pack and play. I've hesitated to take him all the way to his room every time because our house is kind of big and it would be a lot of walking back and forth between where my kids and i spend our time and his room. How can I teach my barely 2 year old to not treat his older siblings so harshly? (side note: he has never come close to treating his baby sister with anything but gentleness)
