Question
My 5 & 3 year old girls are generally very well behaved. After vacations or visits with the grandparents, however, they seem to revert back to all their bad habits. It takes me about 2-3 weeks to get them back on track and I'm usually very frustrated during this time. Things they do include not listening, tattle tailing, whining, antagonizing each other, etc. What would you suggest is the best technique to get them back in line? I wasn't sure if I should use an approach where they can chose from a list of punishments if they do something 'wrong', set up a ticket system, or something else. I also didn't know if because of their ages they should have different punishments - my 5 year old does seem to get in line faster than my 3 year old. Thanks!!
