Teenager : Family Travel - Appriopriate Sleeping Arrangements

Question

My husband and I are questioning what we should do when we are staying in a hotel with our son (age 14) and daughter (age 12). We typically get a room with two queens - we sleep in one and they sleep in the other. For the last year or so, however, we have been thinking that might be inappropriate for brother and sister to be in the same bed, and that maybe we should do husband/son and mother/daughter. Now that both kids are approaching puberty (they're late bloomers), is it time for us to make this change? Or should we have done it awhile ago?
