Question
We have have had concerns about our 3 1/2-year-old son's speech. We still have trouble understanding him and we worry that he isn't where he needs to be. Also, he is still having tantrums. Today, he had a crying/meltdown episode when he had to go into the sanctuary for the worship service (his class was not meeting). We have debated on having him evaluated by someone like a psychiatrist and/or speech therapist...how do we know what is normal and what needs to be followed up on? Thanks.
