Question
We have been potty training my 22 month old for 2 months (8.5 weeks).He will only use the toilet if I catch him before he pees in his pants and have him go sit on it. If he needs to go before the bell goes off or I tell him, he just goes. He doesn’t seem bothered by being wet. He even plays in it. Will this get better? Will he eventually realize he needs to go in the toilet not his underwear? He will go both pee and poo in the toilet but ONLY if I tell him to. He is a boy, so we are doing shorts or underwear only like John says in his book. He has started peeing him his toy box, the couch, or in his high chair....
