I have been using the picky eater technique on my older kiddos. Which I have to say, has my husband and I cracking up! Their faces!!!! We have had success in decreasing meal time battles, making dinner much more peaceful, and often they’re now choosing to eat those less desirable items to get seconds on the “better” ones. But my now 2yo has become extremely picky and she used to eat everything. In our family, we do require all members to eat together. I only serve her the same food that I made for the family and I have not offered alternatives. I have the snack tray as suggested during the day but many things are being left untouched. How can we deal with the little ones pickiness?
