Our youngest daughter (2.5 yrs) has for a long time been an early riser. It used to be 6am but now sometimes could also be 5:30am.
The early mornings are exhausting us a little; especially because we sometimes have to get up at night for her or her sister (need some water or dreaming). Is there anything we should/could be doing differently? We have a set bedtime routine at 7pm and she naps during the day from 11am-1pm. She is toilet trained, also night trainer although she had a few accidents (only a few times) when she wakes up at 6am the past weeks.
