Question

Hello,

I have a question that was asked on 12/16 that has still not been answered.. This is the second time recently that a question hasn't been answered in over 2 weeks. Is there something I need to do in my account to make the questions seen? Im not sure why this is happening all of a sudden. All questions we've ever asked before had been answered within 3-5 days in the past.
