Question
We have a 13 month old who throws tantrums like a 2-yr-old would do. He also screams as if someone is cutting off an arm or leg. He has only been with us 5 months, as we are in the process of adopting him. Most of the adoption community suggests he is having attachment issues and should be allowed to continue this behavior. We have two other children, but neither behaved in this manner. What's the best course of action?
