School Age Kids and a Family Move

Our family has lived in our current city for seven years. For the most part, it is the only home our kiddos (11, 9, 7) have known. We are very involved in our local church and have close family friends here. We are relocating to another state for a career opportunity for my husband. Leaving our close friends is sad for us as adults and I know it will be for our children. While we will be closer to family after the move, we won't know anyone in our future home city. How should we address the move with our children? I want to be sensitive to their grief over the move, without over emphasizing it and making it worse. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
