Question
John, my 3 1/2 yr old son has gone from not staying in bed when first put to bed (which we are now past) to getting up at all hours of the night running into our room crying! We patiently take him back, but this is happening every hour and a half! We are up all night! He is half out of it when he's doing this, but still aware. But we feel very stuck, b/c we know if we tell him at 3am when he's groggy and crying that he'll lose all priveledges the next day, he won't even understand. But he started a BAD pattern, it's been going on for weeks. Many nights we cave and bring his mattress into our room on the floor b/c we are plain exhausted.
