Question
My 5 year old son, who is normally self controlled 80% of the time, is now turning into the Hulk. As a result, he spent the day in his room today, has been sleeping on the floor, has 3 toys in his room, ate dinner in his room today, is missing out on events he loves (which seem to cause emotional & physical anguish) and still he remains disobedient/little to no change in behavior. No "permanent memory" seems to occur as his behavior does not change. Is this be normal? He is becoming increasingly physical. This has been going 1 yr. Is this the last stand? We do the ticket system. Should we do 1 target behavior for a lack of self-control w/ tickets? Thanks so much for all you do!
