Question
This is day 2 of the gating method and our son is staying in the bathroom ALL day. We are working on a 34 month old with stool refusal issues. We have not had success yet with poop. Today he had no successes but when he went to bed for his nap (with diaper on) he pooped in the diaper during the nap. We have been using a diaper or pull up for sleeping because we only starting potty training 2 months ago and he wets while asleep. Should we put him in underpants instead and just wash his sheets like crazy? I am afraid he is going to poop in his pants every time he goes down for a nap.
