Question
John, we have almost all of your books (except the teen ones, our children are 5.5 and 2.5), and I remember that I've read something about a certain behavior, but at the time, our children are not producing that behavior. When I go back to look for it when I need it, I can never seem to find it, and none of your books have an index. Do you have plans to put indexes in your books in the future? Would it be possible to have some sort of online index to the books for members?
