Question
OK, 2nd Grade daughter. Few weeks ago started being outwardly deceptive and lying. We employ the "ask no questions..." when applicable. She also has a few other behaviors that are in need of "rethinking". Our boom, is to strip her room and set up a calendar. I want a month (actually 6!!), my wife wants 2 weeks. Does it matter? Or do you prefer a month vs shorter since you have used a month as examples? We have decided to confine her to her "bare" room except for meals, family time, outings, chores, etc.(nothing geared around her until...). Do you agree with this plan? We have not adjusted her bedtime in case we need to use that in addition to current boom.
