Foods and behavior

John, I agree with you on the ADD/ADHD thing. No kid in my class when I was in school ever was on any of those sorts of meds. However, back then, kids were eating foods made from scratch and a limit on processed, sugary, junk foods just because most of it hadn't been invented (there was no such thing as "GoGurt" when I was young). What role do you think all this sugar/chemicals/dyes in processed foods today plays in kids behavior?

Also, how come it takes so long for you to write a book when Michael Phelps is getting one done between now and Christmas (when it will hit the shelves)? Just kidding... I like to give Splendini a hard time on occasion! :)
