Question
My 4.5(5 in Oct)boy & 3yo girl do o.k with manners at home. Before we go anywhere I practice with them, but they seem to forget everything when in the situation--its I want(3yo). They do it if prompted. Should I continue with both by saying,"what do you say.." or should I have consequences? I hear other kids using their pleases, and I feel I work pretty hard on my kids manners, when does it become automatic? And thank you very much.
