Question
my 13 yo son LOVES rock n roll. dad's alltime fave rock band is rush. they've been to concerts together and have all the music on ipods. he mainly loves zeppelin, etc. son plays very good guitar. we are very proud of him. gets good grades, respectful at school. he wants so badly to print lyrics and buy cd's of some newer rock bands that have questionable content....ie okgo, stone temple pilots, the strokes...husband has looked into some of these on line and found curse words etc. should he be cut off COMPLETELY from these bands or should he be allowed to go on their websites just to make lists of their songs. (he is putting together a rock n roll time line) should he be allowd to buy rock and guitar magazines that i don't have time to review but look like they could contain material about rock bands that is not age appropriate? it is such a battle, but i don't want to squash his interest.
