Question
Every time I tell my son to clean his room, he lays on his bed and falls asleep. I continually have to wake him up, and tell him to do it. He never finishes it. Happened again today.
Tomorrow we are planning a fun family day (while dad is at work). Should I leave him at home all day by himself? I think he'd probably sneak to watch TV or play video games if I left him alone. Would this discipline exaperate him since it is much more severe than what I've done before, and I haven't given him any notice of this degree of discipline? Also, since we'll be gone for 12 hours tomorrow, I'd really like him to just come with us.
