Question
My husband and I are considering moving in with my parents to unload a house in a bad neighborhood and clear ourselves of some credit card debt that may haunt us for years to come otherwise. We have 4 children and I have a dad that is like a big child that often shakes his head when I discipline or takes the blame for their faults. Is this a wise decision to make with children involved or should we muddle through the debt? If we do move in with them, how do I dictate rules to my dad about my parenting space? I hate to think that a year or two in a shared home could turn my babes into a disciplinarian's nightmare.
