Question
My daughter who is 36 months is capable of putting her own shoes (velcro) on and using the big potty by herself. But she fusses a lot about doing things by herself and whines for help. It sometimes ends in a full-scale meltdown. Am I right to insist that she do these things by herself? I've been pretty inflexible about this, just wondering if this is a worthy battle.
