Question
my granddaughter is being submitted to a paternity test for reasons that her mother has identified. Not sure this is necessary for granddaugher who is in my custody. Mother writes directly by cellphone to her daugher though we are in another country.
I didn't appreciate that these tests were done during Christmas holidays when I had placed confidence in mother (wrongly) to take care of her daughter 2 weeks. Granddaughter protests, "well I want to know who my dad is..."
I do believe in transparency, but 'controlled transparency' and not willy-nilly infos (that is not micromgt is it?)
