Question
I submitted this a few weeks back but it was never posted. My young children attended a birthday party over a month ago and still we have never received a thank-you note. Yet I've seen this child outside playing. I just can't believe children are being raised without basic manners. When my son had his 3rd birthday I thought he was old enough to be a part of it. I wrote all the thank-yous and then had him sit down with me and write his name (what he was able to write of it) on each one and I explained who it was to and what they had given him. I think this in itself is a gift to my child that will pay off for many years to come. But really, have people stopped writing thank you cards?
