Question
i have a 12 year old girl. this week alone she got in trouble for stealing duck tape from her after school program, i spoke to her, spanked her, gave her consequences and then the next day she got a citation for disrupting her classroom, i took everything i can think of including her visitation privilege with her dad for the weekend (its the only thing she seems to care about). today, i got a call from the same teacher for disrupting class and throwing stuff. i told her she is just going to add more days off from seeing dad. have 2 other kids, they rarely cause issues. i believe in old school discipline, i feel at a loss with this one. can you provide me with some feedback?
