Question
My son goes to a christian school (since preschool)- he is now almost 13 years old. My son is afraid of weather, lightning thunder wind rain. He has full on panic attacks because of this fear of getting lost in a dust storm or me getting in a car accident. He says he only feels safe around me. We have begun to seek counseling, but I am still clueless about how to really help him. His sister also went through a period of this but now tells him to grow up and get to school.... what, as a mom, am I doing wrong? Thanks for your time
